Dr. Hartman's Team

Dr. Hartman has a dedicated team of clinicians and administrators to help provide you with a superior patient
experience. He also works with numerous colleagues to develop individualized treatment plans for each
patient based on their needs and goals.

KATHLEEN BARLETTA, Practice Manager

Kathleen oversees the daily operations in the office of Dr. Hartman. She organizes and coordinates office activities and procedures, and acts as the liaison to other departments and institutions. She implements various projects related to information technology and business initiatives.

TAMMY AICARD, Surgical Coordinator/Clinic Nurse

Tammy coordinates all patient appointment inquiries, confirmation, and scheduling. She assists in various practice activities such as office visit patient flow, referrals, and surgery scheduling. She also provides administrative practice support duties, assists with special projects, and other duties as assigned.

ANDREA COUSINS, Clinic Nurse

Andrea assists in various practice activities such as office visit, referrals, and answering clinic questions. She also provides practice support duties, assists with special projects, and other duties as assigned.

CHARLENE ELZEY, Practice Coordinator

Charlene coordinates various diagnostic tests for all patients. She is the point person for diagnostic tests' insurance authorization, confirmation and scheduling of these tests. She also coordinates all diagnostic and therapeutic injections to the joint, and provides referrals and other practice information to patients.

JAMES KYLE, MD, Chief Resident

Dr. Kyle is currently in his 5th and final year of orthopaedic surgery residency at LSU New Orleans. The chief resident spends three months with Dr. Hartman. During this time, the chief resident will assist in seeing patients in clinic and will participate in performing some aspects of surgery. Dr. Kyle plans to specialize in adult reconstructive surgery at the completion of his residency training. His hobbies include expert goose calling and calf roping. A native of southwest Louisiana, Dr. Kyle was voted most likely to succeed during his stint at Welsh High School.
